Our apartments are located in the centre of the village of Chantemerle right in the heart of Serre Chevalier and are situated on the slope side of the mountain making their ski access superb! Their location is one of the paramount reasons we acquired them, being less than 100 metres walk to the 3 central ski lifts (2 mins in ski boots). With good conditions you can also ski back to within 15 metres of the front door.
The 3 central ski lifts form the hub of the village which is very close in locale to all the other amenities including ski school meeting area, tourist information, a host of commerce, restaurants and bars.
Apartment 201 Residence Milou is on two floors, with four bedrooms, suitable for 8 to 10 people. It has a balcony off the living area and a large sunny balcony off the largest bedroom.
Bedrooms
1 double room, 2 twin rooms (which
can both be converted into doubles if needed) and 1 room with bunk beds.
Facilities
Ground Floor - 1 shower and basin plus separate toilet.
First Floor - 1 bath/shower and basin plus separate toilet.

Living Room
1 double sofa bed, TV and DVD player. Dining table seating 10, well equipped kitchen area including cooker/rotisserie, four ring hob, fridge and dishwasher.
Special Notes
Towels are not included. Bed linen can be included but at an extra cost of £7.00 per single bed & £10.00 per double bed.
